In case you wish to cancel your order, please ensure it is done before the product is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled through the website.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, you may request a return or exchange.
The return/exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our designated address.
Return and exchange eligibility may vary by product and will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
In case of approved return/exchange, shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
Refund Policy
In case a product is found to be defective, design or style, we will accept the refund request.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days, using the same mode of payment.
Important Notes
In case of return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in its original packaging with tags intact.
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags will not be accepted.
In case of customized products, returns and exchanges are not allowed.
Return or exchange requests that are raised after the 3-day window will not be considered.
